How to Order

1. Click on the My Account tab.
2. Create a Login name and password.
3. Click on the Login button.
4. Click on the Product Category name to browse the products.
5. For additional information on a specific product, click on the underlined product name.
6. To order a single product when not in the full description screen, click on the Add to Cart button. Proceed to step 9.
7. OR, if you are in the full description screen, type in the quantity required, if other than 1, in the Quantity box.
8. Click on the Add to Cart button.
9. Repeat steps 6 and 7 until you are finished shopping.
10. Click on the Cart tab to verify the items, quantities and pricing.
11. To remove an item, click on the Remove button.
12. To change the quantity of an item, type in the quantity desired in the Quantity box, then click on the Update button and verify the price has changed.
13. When the order is correct, click the Checkout tab.
14. Fill in the Ship To and Bill To information. Note: UPS shipments can be made to street addresses only – not a post office box.
15. Click the Continue button.
16. Select a method of shipment from the Ship via dropdown box.
17. Select a method of payment from the Pay With dropdown box.
18. Click on the continue button.
19. A copy of your order will be emailed to the Bill To address.

Note: Once the Checkout is complete, you cannot make any changes to the order. Past orders are not saved on the site and can't be viewed.

Navigation Help
On each page, you have the option to return to the Home page by clicking on Home. Other pages available on the top tab are as follows:

• My Account contains ship to and bill to information along with your Login and Password.
• Cart takes you to your shopping cart which contains the items you've ordered, the quantity and price.
• Checkout takes you to the checkout process to complete your order.
• Help contains information to help you navigate through the site.
• About Us contains information about MeterSuperStore.com.
• Contact Us provides you with customer service information and links you to technical, sales or other support. You'll also find a form to use for returning items.
• Specials contains promotional products offered at special prices.
• Line Card provides the names of the many suppliers carried by MeterSuperStore.com.
• Log Out allows sign off at any point after logging in.
