• All prices are subject to change without notice. In the rare event
we list a wrong price on the store, we reserve the right to correct the
mistake and sell the product at our regular price.
• All orders must be charged to a MasterCard, VISA, Discover Card
or American Express credit card. Please include all numbers, type of card,
expiration date and the address at which you receive your credit card
statements. Orders shipping to Mexico or Canada must also include the
3 digit code on the back of your credit card. All orders will be screened
for legitimacy and authenticity, and we exercise the privilege to reject
any orders that do not meet our credit policies.
Returns
– 30 Day Money Back Guarantee
• Metersuperstore.com offers a 30 day money back guarantee on any
item purchased. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, simply return
it within 30 days from the date of shipment in its original packaging
for a full refund. Product(s) must be in saleable condition. You may return
the product for a replacement or refund, exclusive of shipping charges.
• Please click on “Returns” (above) to obtain a return
authorization number and shipping instructions prior to sending back your
merchandise. No merchandise can be returned without prior authorization.
All returns must have a return authorization number visibly marked on
the outside of the box to ensure proper processing.
• All products classified as hazardous material are non-returnable
and non-refundable.
• Include your account number and order number as well as the part
number of the product you are returning. Indicate if you want a replacement
or a refund issued to your credit card.
• Metersuperstore.com cannot accept responsibility for tools which
have been abused, badly worn, used improperly, and/or repaired or maintained
improperly.
• Original shipping charges are not refundable - unless an error
has been made by Metersuperstore.com
• Your Return Authorization Numbers is valid for 30 days. Incomplete
returns and returns after 30 days may incur a minimum 15% restocking fee.
• We reserve the right not to accept returns after 90 days.
